X-Country Invitational Meet DATE: Saturday September 24th, 2011
PLACE : ‘Hersey Lake Conservation Area’
Direction: At the traffic lights between Schumacher et Timmins (YOUR Independent Grocer) turn North on Highway 655 and drive 5 km to Manitoulin Transport. Turn on this road and drive one km to the lake. Arrive prepared for the races; no dressing rooms. PARKING :
Buses park at the lake; other vehicles at Manitoulin Transport or other designated areas.
REGISTRATION : You must complete the attached entry form and e-mail it back to Mr Joel Ruel
([email protected]) by 4 p.m. Thursday September 22th 2011. NOTE : The registration, trophies, cantine, lost & found are located under the shelter. ENTRY FEES:
Grade 4-8 runners: $2.00 each All other runners: $3.00 each Adults: $5.00 each The entry fees will be calculated from the original entry form. There will be no changes to entry fee totals on meet day. COURSE:
Chip & dust, gravel, crushed rock
